Love that Psalm- it is the cry of my heart, often.
In taking communion[ eucharist] today I prayed for you as I have been since you suggested it .
This verse will become a part of your ministry to those who love and read your blog:
New International Version (NIV)
13 The One who breaks open the way will go up before(A) them;
they will break through the gate(B) and go out.
Their King will pass through before them,
the Lord at their head.”
People are calling this having the BREAKER anointing= one who brings breakthrough to others.
May the Lord bless this passage and and His Word goes forth over the seas to you, we know that he watches over His WORD, faithfully to perform it.
As you seek Him earnestly, and yearn for Him with your soul, May He presence Himself powerfully with you that you will know the warmth of His embrace, and the comfort of His arms about you, holding you close, and adoring you.
Precious precious Mary, I have sent you an email to thank you so much for this word of encouragement. You are hearing the Lord and you are on target!
Such an evocative Psalm, and so timely for me – thank you!
So glad this blessed you today, Jammie Girl…Loving the picture of your house shoes, you would fit right in around here!
what a beautiful way to see him:)
thanks for the gentle nudge,
And… I get so thirsty now when the water can be poured over me from feet to just below my nose. He is so needed, necessary for daily survival. And in the “no water” places, I can hardly imagine surviving. Good reminder.
Amen, sister, Amen!
Beautiful reminder of when things seem ‘dry’ in my life, I need to think about what or who it is that I am seeking.
Thank you so much for sharing! Always a pleasure to have you over at Saints and Scripture Sundays!
